Currently they do. I’ve gone six rounds on Volskaya before to end up in a draw, but I think after that they tweaked it some more, so: if your team took a shorter amount of time to capture the points, you have that time difference (if it’s below a minute it gets rounded up to a minute) in which to capture them again…
