Am I blind or is J&J in the graphic above (don't see it)? J&J definitely needs to be in the mix (they make Splenda! and tampons! and Tylenol!) but don't see 'em. However they're in the thumbnail graphic for Giz on Facebook.

Actually, the MRI scanner records the "jiggle" from hydrogen, whether it be in water or fat. Different "sequences" on the MRI scanner look at different hydrogen spectra.
