Not really, because Rolex would fix and/or replace the watch (assuming you didn't exceed the rated dive depth, but how could they know really?). And, a Rolex getting borked by a dive would be an *exceedingly* rare event.

I'd say technically the most accurate wristwatches (which will be quartz movements, yes) are those which set themselves according to a received atomic clock radio signal. Those will be more accurate than $10 quartz-only models.

There are equivocations and angst when someone starts a sentence with "overall." As in, "Overall, I give the film a 4 out of 5 stars." Versus just "I give the film a 4 out of 5 stars." Overall, this is my impression. Overall, I think it's true most of the time.
