They did. There were a number of people following the van while talking to the police. The linked article leaves out a lot of details that they gave on the report I heard last night.

I heard about this on the local news last night. Now I know where to go when I want to go 100+mph...

Yup, same here. It stopped going directly to the relevant thread and just opens the article when I click on a reply. It's a serious pain in the ass in articles I posted more than twice in. I have to search them all for it...

I just read your other post. While I see and appreciate your explanation, and it really does make sense, I just still can't see it... I guess I'm definitely not the target market :-/

Dual cab pickups, like this Silverado, I can totally understand. Those make sense to me. It's these SUTs I don't understand. (I suppose there are some different definitions in different regions, so this may be what you are referring to anyway...) What can you actually do with such a short bed? You would be hard

Kinda what I was getting at with my comment earlier, but I guess I was too vague...

Weird... I haven't gotten that problem, probably because I am browsing in Chrome's incognito mode. No cookies; no problem...

I'm close to doing the same. I'm only in 5.0 Jalopnik since I figure I will have to get used to it eventually, most of the functionality is back, and I don't go into Oppo anymore...

Man, deadlines suck. You're trying hard to finish a concept car for the show in Geneva and you have to have something to present. When the boss tells you your time is up while the primer is still drying, you put it out there and hope for the best.

I love the concept behind this, but it really needs to lose the gimp mask front and rework the anime chibi face butt.

I honestly didn't realize he was still relevant enough to make the news...

That's a terrible name for a penis.

Do you actually want us to get this...? What did we ever do to you?

Personally, I don't see any rhyme or reason to this form factor. It's like it has all the downsides of a truck and an SUV with few of the benefits of either. It seems the general public agrees since I rarely see them on the road. Who buys enough to warrant making more?

Better how? Sit in all 3 of the cars you just listed, then sit in a Genesis.

Matte Über Beige Metallic Candy Pearl.

"Collect 'em all!"

I am so impressed with that car, and it feels so wrong. I sat in one at the SF auto show, and it felt more solid and refined than almost any other car there, and well on par with the big players like BMW and Audi.

Produce this with a 6-speed and I may have to head across the street to the Audi dealership on my lunch break to figure out financing... Typically, I am a coupe or wagon only guy, but damn...

It finally stopped for me too. I'm viewing it in Chrome, so that confirms it isn't browser specific...
