Lynch really seems intent on tying off every little plot point he threw out in the first 7 episodes. And Dougie is now the good fairy of this dark world. He even makes gangsters happy. It's lovely.
It was very dreamlike. And it seemed for a while to try for humor, and then… that happened.

That little old lady showing up in a tiara and diamonds was corny, hilarious and oddly moving. Everything going on at the bar was tonally all over the place, but worked perfectly. Also, kudos to David Lynch for making Jim Belushi seem cool.
Except Harry. He found out he loves green tea lattes, so his beverage is safe.
