I lost about 75lbs this last year. I was just fed up with myself and needed a change. I don’t like working much out so I figured diet would be my best bet and it’s really been amazing. I stopped eating out all the time and began cooking for myself more. I eat veggies as snacks instead of chips and drink water instead…
I’d much rather read 500 Days of La China than about that Kirsten woman or whoever she is.
