1. Investigation has not started.

Sure it is. Living in America leads us to believe that cop-murder is a fact of life. Homicides are a fact of life.

I live in the Lou and can tell you first hand that racism is alive and well. However, this article really seems one-sided. Maybe the cop is a murderer, maybe the cops are so fried by the constant violence that one snapped and killed a kid. Sure sounds like it but I'll wait for the Feds and County to wrap up there

America is for Black people. My people arrived hundreds of years ago, built this country, worked its lands, and were on the forefront of helping America realize its promise of a just and free nation. We've come from being considered 3/5ths of a person to being the President, Attorney General, governor, doctor, lawyer,

I am sorry for what you went through. But again, that is a pattern of behavior. These two cases I've been mentioning show no pattern. They were direct responses to violent behavior. Many of the cases we've been told from women who experienced domestic violence who shared because of their outrage in this case were also

As I stated, one of the keys to domestic violence is that it is a pattern. These were not. I also hold that domestic violence, and what makes it insidious, is that it is a psychological terrorism used to bend another to one's will, often with use, or threat of, violence. I do not think fighting back when someone else

It's so cool you decide to rewrite my post for the uneducated peasantry so you can knock down the strawman argument.

I am not. Look at the legal and dictionary definition of the terms, they are what I am putting out there. One of the key parts of it is "pattern", and there has been no indication there has been any pattern here. If you want to play down the "pattern" part of it, fine - in both the Rice case, and the story Kellerman

The definitions of the phrase "domestic violence" (or domestic abuse) don't fit the situations. Maybe the semantic argument isn't meaningful to you. That's fine. However, I don't think it's too much trouble to use accurate labels. It's simply inaccurate to use the term "domestic abuse" every time a man hits a woman.

The real issue here is the cowards at the corporation. If, after Stephen A Smith, they want to say "no more talk about this case unless there is a new development", then fine. But they were too scared to do that. Instead, they offered a rather tepid "Just be careful what you say about it" directive. So, one of the

Ray Rice's case was not domestic abuse. Max Kellerman's story was not domestic abuse.

no John Wall either, thank God!

Don't have a dog in the fight? Cool, then surely you're willing to defer to Native Americans who consider it a slur and want it changed!

How does he already have kids if they aren't married?

Both Kaepernick and Wilson are backed by elite defenses and stellar run games.

Kaep has no touch.

Kaep's efficiency of passes to Seattle's defense is off the charts.

don't jack my thread. and I'm sorry I thought from the awful tone of the "article' that it was tom

As fun as it is to see Sean put in his place, you fail spectacularly with this.
