Does your penis feel bigger when you gossip about other people, douchebag?

Unless you’re disabled, I can’t wrap my mind around how creepy it still feels to voice commands at devices like they’re real people.

Secret code developed to hack into the networks of foreign governments?

Again, if you as a patient are saying yes without asking questions, without determining whether a procedure is medically necessary, you share that blame.

You can doubt all you want when facts are staring at you in the face. So go ahead, call them liars because patients don’t consent to anything. You didn’t consent to your c-section, right? Nobody asked you anything or gave you documents to sign to affirm your informed consent?

I think the Department of Health and Human Services knows what they are doing when they are saying that a huge portion of c-sections are ELECTIVE and that the rate needs to decrease because of dangers to the health of the patients.

If you have hard evidence that doctors are lying to patients so they agree to a medically unnecessary procedure, and haven’t reported this activity to the authorities, you are complicit in a crime.

Hard work does not correspond to high pay. High pay is what matters when you’re talking about having a tax base of people to pay for universal healthcare.

What the fuck is it with you assholes and your accusations of trolling against people who have different opinions than yours?

If you’re going by the premise that doctors are lying to their patients are incompetent to boot, sorry but you’re not having a fact-based discussion. Millions of doctors, especially the ones working in poor areas, are not liars.

You mean all the Syrians who don’t speak English and aren’t qualified to work more than minimum wage jobs?

Id that’s a real fear, maybe your friends shouldn’t be proud of living in the US while continuing to retain their Canadian citizenship to take advantage of the healthcare system.

Are you seriously arguing that 50% of c-sections happen because doctors are lying to their patients or because they’re incompetent? The country with the most advanced healthcare technology and world-recognized doctors are incompetent liars? Nah, that’s not how you get a 500% increase in c-sections and have the highest

Maybe you need to re-read the article. At the very end it says that the original poster did not know what a skin to skin was and that they agreed to it anyway. It is unlikely c-section was medically necessary because if it was, then the poster wouldn’t be complaining about being billed for the nurse’s supervision

We have a very good idea of what percentage of c-sections are medically necessary. That’s how we know that the rate is unreasonably high, and why the Department of Health and Human Services has set up guidelines to reduce the number of medically un-necessary c-sections.

Harassing people is not a defense. You could have gotten off your ass and voted for single payer, or pestered your Congresspersons and Senators.

It’s not a stereotype when it happens well above the 50% of healthy pregnancies. The US has the highest c-section rate in the world. From the mid 1960s until the mid 90s, the rate increased 500%.

You can’t say that c-sections were medically un-necessary and it’s not the patient’s decision to have that medically un-necessary c-section.

No, actually studies don’t show that. At all.

How do I know for sure it wasn’t a high risk pregnancy requiring a c-section? The guy is complaining about a $40 charge for the nurse’s time after the birth.
