I’d like to share the story of “evangelical Eloise”. Evangelical Eloise gets her promise ring at age 13. She doesn’t really know what she is agreeing to, but it makes her feel important and her dad happy.

90 percent of U.S. counties do not have an abortion clinic.” Wow. I knew it was bad in America when it comes to abortion access but that’s horrifying. Add to that what looks like an upswing in in trying to push through laws limiting or trying their best to overturn Roe V’s Wade by Republicans and things get even

Jesus would not be allowed in this school because he hung out with “questionable” people.

Christian Clarissa’s husband will then leave her for his lover, and she will be forced to try to support their 4 children by working two minimum wage jobs, as she has no prior work experience. She will require SNAP, but will continue to judge everyone else who does as lazy sinners.

Also worth noting: “founded in the 1970s” for any parochial school is a big red flag, as it usually means, “we pulled our white kids out of the public schools so they wouldn’t be tainted by the blahs.” Especially in Virginia and other states of the former Confederacy.

Apart from the STD possibility (condoms, girl!) Average Anna sounds alright to me. Of course, I’m a heathen so...

I had the pleasure of helping a 12 year old work on schoolwork. I guess she’s homeschooled and her parents purchased a Christian curriculum. Child is very much not Christian (she enjoyed saying she was a satanist to freak out other children, which I found amusing but others did not).

Anyway, I’m trying to engage this

Average Anna sounds practically chaste next to me.

how about some more Avg Anna stats:

If only Avg Anna gave up Christianity ... she’d leave all that bullcrap behind.  Freedom .... FREEDOM!

I dress fairly modestly because I find it comfortable and am married to my only sexual partner. I am also a godless, staunchly liberal heathen who thinks LGBTQ folks should be able to do whatever the fuck they want because it’s stupid to have an opinion about other people’s gender identity/safe, sane, and consensual se

I know, right? ONE one-night stand?

Sounds like Average Anna is at risk of embracing sexual desire and pleasure as a normal, healthy part of the human experience. Though I know that’s considered dangerous among those who think the female reproductive organs only exist to receive jizz and deposit babies 10 months later.

Average Anna is having some pretty dull experiences. I recommend that she open up her expectations of herself and what her life could be, just make sure to use condoms.

Yeah, he lost his job and his teaching license (that was part of the plea deal he took).

Just because it’s legal doesn’t make it right.

Because gross old dudes argued that it wasn’t a crime and other gross old dudes agreed with them.

“He didn’t do anything wrong,” an Oregon judge ruled in 2015 after a 61-year-old man took photos up the skirt of a 13-year-old girl. “Such expectation of privacy is not reasonable,”

I have avoided wearing skirts since I was in first grade and heard the boys in my school telling everyone how they would pretend to drop change on the ground to look up girls’ skirts. The fact that now it can be done as a picture, legally, is disgusting. I agree, Hazel, the U.S. needs to get its shit together.

This guy is the most boring vanilla mo-fo I’ve ever seen on TV and that’s saying a lot. I was a “virgin” until the day I got married at 23, but I don’t talk about it like it’s some super power.
