Yes, floating on anything in the ocean is not smart. As a kid, I got pulled out by a rip tide while floating on a boogie board. I was hanging out between riding waves and then I realized I was really far from shore. I had to be rescued by a beach lifeguard. Since then I’ve had a suuuuper healthy respect for the ocean.
