Zero mechanical issues in my 2.5 year old Cruze.
With Buick dropping the Verano that had the 2.0t, you’d think they’d put that as an option in the Cruze now...
If I bought this car, I’d be asking for that feature to be removed/disabled/deleted.
If you invested it and managed to get 5% return annually (that’s below average of 6-7%), you’d have $75,000 income. I think most people could live comfortably off $75,000 a year.
Demographics absolutely matter in sales. Marketers and salespeople want to target those who will be the most likely to buy, have the most disposable income (ie - pay the highest price to maximize profit per unit sold), and will make repeat purchases. If your buyer is on a fixed income, doesn’t drive much, and is…
Rain and earthquakes are comparable in severity how?
Where did I say anything should be killed?
Pretty sure he’s talking about the distance between England and France, which is indeed 20.7 miles.
Buick has the 2nd oldest buyer period. The only brand worse is Lincoln.
If it had more power, I would agree with you about the fit. But the engine is just too anemic. It also appears to be impossible to work on easily with how crammed the engine bay is. Those were two big nopes for me, bought a Chevy Cruze Eco instead.
Even more so after this incident of adorableness
Similar situation... wife’s parents were paying a car payment on a Cobalt while wife was in college away from home. Parents stopped making the payments but never told their daughter. Car got repo’ed with less than 6 payments left in a 60 month loan.

Here it’s Dodge products... There’s Durangos, Aspens, Rams, Grand Caravans, Grand Cherokees, etc in the 5-7 year old range with big sections of no paint or completely rusted through holes. No other cars around here under 15 years old are as bad.
Really? My W body has seen 16 Ohio winters and has no body rust, and only surface rust on the undercarriage. And I’ve barely washed it the last 4-5 winters.
Someone needs to take naming rights away from Subaru. Drunk marketing interns should not be making product naming choices.B9 Tribeca, now Viziv 7.
Go home Ford, you’re drunk!
True, but if you must keep a constant speed, either due to speed limits or traffic in front if you, you’re better off coasting and keeping the constant speed in neutral. There also may not be an upcoming hill that you’ll need to burn off speed.
True, things do need to change to make ownership of a BEV feasible, especially for long distance driving. But none of us know what advancements will be made in battery and charging tech in the next 5 or 10 years. I was more speaking to current models.
