If I can substitute the GLC for a Yugo, sure. Otherwise, number one.

I went from a motorcycle to driving a car to work daily. MPG - 42 on the bike, 44 in the car. Bikes are fun, but not fuel efficient for their size/power/weight.

That’s Harleys. Try again.

Agreed. My DD gets better mpg than my 700cc nighthawk.

I was picking the shittiest 4 cyl engine I could think of, showing worse case. The engine was in Cavaliers from 1995-2002, starting later on than I thought. Still the same engine they just dropped the quad 4 name in 96. I should have compared it to a 1990 gm car to be more apples to apples to the OP’s 1990 NA Miata.

Vettes and F-bodies are surprisingly fuel efficient. My roommate in college had an 02 Trans Am WS6, it got 28mpg consistently on the highway. It had a really tall 6th gear that kept revs pretty low. He sometimes got better mpg than my 2000 Grand Prix.

The Miata’s mpg is still pretty awful, GM’s “quad 4” 2.4L engine which debuted in 1987 managed 20 city/30 highway/24 combined mpg (EPA rating) in the Cavalier. And the Cavalier is pretty much a worst case example, they are pieces of crap.

And a frickin laser beam!

The hellcat and STI would like a word with you...

In that case, you may also own a assault handgun, assault hammer, assault knife, assault axe, assault vehicle, etc...

So. Much. Want.

Time for lojack.

ARS Technica already has all the data that was stored in the Oakland system. They may have some or all of the data for some other jurisdictions as well, can’t remember.

Police say it is the same as they manually writing down or running plates, but the data capture is just automated instead of manual.

She should have at least been charged with careless operation...

While linked brakes are rare, they are not limited to new bikes. Heck, the 1998 Honda VFR800 has linked brakes. 1998 isn’t quite “newest latest and greatest”.

Think of when you’re parked between a panel van and [insert large SUV ] and you can’t see to back out. Once your rear bumper is past the other two vehicles, the system beeps at you if a car is approaching from either side.

How are Audi’s products hard to distinguish? BMW should win that award for their useless numbering system alone.

Decadent capitalists, actually. And by that I mean venture (vulture) capitalists.

Lexus thought the GS needed six...
