Good dealers will do pretty much this, other than you have to drive it to the dealer to get the loaner. And yes, I had the same stupid recall done. Not only that, GM’s systems never got updated properly and 5 months later I’m still getting mail telling me to go get it done.

People can and will do whatever they want. Kevin’s point is its a money pit. But, if you have the $$ and don’t care if you spend a ton buying and maintaining it, go for it! But there are plenty of other high hp fun cars with a lower purchase and maintenance cost.

The truck did not have a reporter inside. Bad headline is bad.

... Or you take the redic low interest loan, put the cash you saved into a nice investment and make $$! I invested the amount of the car I bought last year and already made more than the entire interest cost of the 5 year loan.

No. That price is not that amazing. I paid $16,500 (before tax) for a brand new car in 2014. Sure, it’s a small sedan, but it averages 42.5mpg, weighs under 3000lbs, is a stick shift, and has the usual crap you’d expect (touchscreen, Pandora, bluetooth, etc). Works great as a DD.

Sixteen hundredths of one percent is what I meant, I knew it looked wrong when I posted it.

I realized later they were posted the day before. I thought yesterday was the 21st lol oops

In college, we cut the top off one that somebody rolled. Ended up calling it the sled. Fun times were had beating it around campus. Wish I still had a pic.

Why would anyone do that to a perfectly good XLR?

P.S.: here’s how helpful they are in recovering stolen vehicles:

Want to know how often they actually find one? 0.16%. That’s right, a sixteenth of one percent. Yet we spend all this money on them. Clearly the endgame is the tracking or revenue enhancement.

None of the links are working for me. Did they really all sell out?

Netgear WNDR3400v2. Had it for a year or two, no issues at all. Rarely reboot it. Liked it so much I bought a second to replace an underperforming router at one of my former jobs.

Incorrect. The majority of cable companies allow for you to use a customer owned modem. Some do not if you also have their phone service.

Yeah, no. ARS Technica got 4.6 million alpr scans from Oakland’s database. It was 3.5 years worth of all plate captures. Data retention periods differ by jurisdiction and state but some can be as long as 5 years or indefinite.

Glad to see you are open minded.

NO WARRANTY FOR YOU! NEXT!

Nice! I too had a small car to zip around in at one point, do miss the nimbleness of a lightweight car.

I think it looks more like an angry insect. But I also hate Fords from owning a couple...
