This. My brother spent a lot of time overhauling everything on his I30 somewhere slightly after this neighborhood (maybe 160k miles?).

What kind of Jalop doesn’t know about these weirdos? I knew everything but the Geo Wagon and the Peugeot, and that’s just because they don’t sell Peugeots in my county!

Nissan Juke.

I agree, styling is meh. I almost see some 2016 Maxima similarities.

They look like a bunch of cats watching something move or swing.

Good point. I just liked the idea of having a defense ready if I ever got a ticket. Probably would never do it in front of a cop, don’t want to test my luck! :)

Steve, can you provide any insight/comments on using the federal manual on uniform traffic control devices (MUTCD) in court to fight traffic tickets?

Same for Ohio. Got “How fast can you drive with people in the bed of your truck?”. Was looking for the not legal button, but it wasn’t there so I picked 25mph. It was actually 35mph.

Agreed. $54 in Ohio. Insurance is way cheaper too for full coverage on a 2014 car. And finance charges are more like $225 a year.

Meh. I participated in a amateur track day in northern Ohio. Other than one kid thinking he could go around a hairpin at full tilt in his G35, no one crashed or spun that I saw. G35 kid probably totaled his car, he got ejected over the top of a steep banked turn into a tire wall.

Agreed - that’s why I bought a different car. Easier to work on, less complicated, and the engine isn’t crammed in so tight you have to pull it to work on it.

Something like that. Dump the car before it happens, DIY repair, or suck it up and pay the dealer.

Piles of cash, eh? Sounds like one of local, state, or federal enforcement agencies need to pay him a visit while at that dealer, charge his cash of being guilty of a crime and keep it for themselves!

Timing chain setup on the Audi 4.2L V8 that was in the S4 and others a few years ago. The tensioners/guides are plastic and fracture around 100k miles (or less!) from heat cycling. The repair required the engine be pulled, and not just from the top, out the front of the car. Repair was quoted as high as $10k at some

Agreed. It was just before it’s time (and not fully baked).

I’m going with Fierra! lol

They charge a higher price for the Sierra and make more profit. Seriously. They kept GMC partially because of the higher profit margins.

Must just be your area. My fiancee works in the auto loan backoffice of a large regional bank. In 2014, the most frequently bought vehicle was the Chevy Silverado.

Is it for pushing the car when it breaks down?
