All except this one (this one is definitely doing it right! - viper drivetrain to boot!)

And people laugh when I tell them that the Ford Taurus SHO is the best full size American sedan you can buy...

Police vehicles ought to be speed limited to the posted limit.

But I flap the paddles.

Pop quiz, who here knows about Krass & Bernie? I’m so happy I still have my old issues, some of the last ones, but I’m even happier it’s back!

PSA: Don’t use automated car washes. For any car.

So many good ones.

That’s how evolution works man.

Good. Let them do stupid shit. Less idiots to deal with.

Me too! I once saw a house in Anaheim that had three of the same model Skylines in the driveway (see pic, third white one is obscured by the silver one). Obviously and importer/flipper. Alas, the “mates” comment in the article made me realize that we were definitely not talking about OC.

I did it to offend you specifically.

“And before you posit that “nobody’s tried to make a real off-roady Wrangler rival” I submit the Toyota FJ Cruiser (RIP) Nissan Xterra (RIP) and Hummer (see what I mean?)“

So instead of building something like a Bronco they built a Durango instead?

It has a diesel, a solid rear axle (probably), and a rear locker (probably), and is liftable. But I get the hate. It will, no matter what, be disappointing to most. I was never a bronco guy but I do think they are wicked cool. And I can see that this would be a great disrespect to the namesake. Much like the Jeep

Actually I’m going to go ahead and argue that no one has made a Wrangler rival. I don’t think the XTerra, FJ Cruiser or Hummer were “serious wrangler rivals” at all. All of these vehicles missed the mark of what makes a real off-road vehicle special. They were pretty much a caricature of an off-roader, and that’s why

I demand two solid axles and one transfer case.

I would never date a woman that drove a PT Cruiser, but I could easily fall for one that drove a PT Cruiser GT. Don’t get me wrong, I hate PT Cruisers as much as the next guy, but the GT is the ultimate in sleepers, and sleepers fit my personality perfectly.

My current car, the STI. I bought it when I was still dating my wife. I drove a ‘95 Explorer before it. I bought the car on Wednes, April 6, 2011, at approx 5:38P. I picked her up in it that following Saturday. She walked outside looking for my Explorer only to be greeted by my STI.
