Well it’s absolutely true. Sony has amazing exclusive after amazing exclusive and MS has... Forza (which I do like), Microsoft Flight Simulator (ditto), Sea of Thieves (fun for some people), tired old Halo and botched Infinite, and tired old Gears of War.

It’s not the hardware - yes, the Switch is relatively underpowered but it can at least do this much.  Just look at Xenoblade Chronicles 3 or Breath of the Wild, which are far larger, more ambitious, and better looking than this with none of the problems.  The problem is GameFreak’s crappy internal engine.

This is due to GameFreak being too lazy or prideful to drop their own terrible game engine and switch to one like Xenoblade Chronicles 3's engine or Unreal.
