Like, you know, it totally is, but like, you know, if he’s, like, totally annoying I don’t think it’s William’s job to edit stuff in, like, the middle of a big quote, to you know, like, make him look smarter.

It’s not like a bunch of people were saying ‘Wow, Massoud is so great in the regrettable live action remake of the much better cartoon you need to go see it anyhow!’
Abe Vigoda was still alive?
This seems pretty reasonable to me. You chose to play in a post-apocalyptic hellhole setting which you knew would be almost entirely populated by assholes: aka, other players.
Google doesn’t know who they’re selling to.
Holy crap, I am super looking forward to seeing how the Tesla fanboys defend this one. It should be very popcorn.
Next: You have the dream where it’s finals week and you suddenly remember you had a class that you’d forgotten to attend all semester.
Feature incomplete is an alpha. It doesn’t really matter how long they’ve been working on it, some finished games (post-alpha, post-beta) are done in a week.
One of the best games I’ve played this year, Remedy’s at the top of their game.
What the fuck did you expect from a paid alpha? It’s working (or not) as you should have expected.
You might - Shenmue is just a lot more laid back than Yakuza. Instead of the hustle and bustle of Kabukicho you’ve got much larger area and stuff is more spread out, you spend more time just walking around, there’s relatively a lot less fighting and the mini-games are yes, more sedate.
Probably not - I figure MTV is rich greasy old bastard Boomers with GenX managers telling Millenials what to do to market to Gen Z
I know it’s overdone, but... OK, Boomers seems perfect for this one.
I think this is going to be impossible to enjoy unless you’ve already played Shenmue and Shenmue 2 - in which case you already know what you’re in for.
This is some bad game design. If you’re only going to allow a single save game (or even if you allow multiple saves, some guy will just use one of them), always allow restarting the mission or even mission select.
Anthem needs a Naoki Yoshida to do what he did for FF14 Reborn.
“Most of Anthem’s biggest systems—its mission structure, its loot, its world—will change drastically, but the developers have not yet figured out exactly what that will look like.”
Then I might give it a shot - if it’s only monthly subscription cost then I don’t really lose anything when it shuts down.
So most of these are ‘This crossplatform game is also coming to XBox’, which is nice, but not thrilling, but...
They must be doing one of their staggered rollouts.
