I agree with you about the overall plot. The actual contents of Laplace's Box are certainly something that I can see causing all this trouble, but it seemed less plausible that they would've done it in the first place. I'm trying to get my point across while still being vague to avoid spoilers, so I apologize if you

Kotaku is just a blog about each writer's/editor's personal interests, and has been for a while. I do enjoy these Pete Holmes shorts though.

That's a pretty narrow view of things. I love playing XCOM on it's highest difficulty, at which point it is a very challenging game. Yet Dark Souls did nothing for me, that doesn't mean that I'm looking for a shallow experience though.

He keeps playing up that he was just way underpaid, but if that's really the case then why is he excited to work with the guy a second time?

It did, they had some great game modes too. Used to love logging into one of the duel mode servers and chatting with everyone about the current duel while waiting my turn. Those games were incredible all around.

I'd be more impressed if I hadn't already read about the hockey player that played through a broken rib, punctured lung, separated shoulder and torn cartilage.

You're either just playing devil's advocate at this point or you're just gonna nitpick one aspect of every response I make to get a rise out of me. I've said my piece, I'm out.

Because having a movie with Luke and not having him wield a lightsaber at some point is a HUGE missed opportunity.

Unless they put Hamill and Fisher through some sort of serious workout regiment then its going to break a lot of illusions for me :(

As much as a lot of my childhood revolved around so many of the EU characters, this doesn't actually bother me as long as what they replace it with is good. I certainly have my doubts that this will be the case however.

Well this is disappointing to hear. Then again, Titanfall lasted all of 15 minutes for me before I got bored. So maybe this game will be amazing for me.

Game looks and sounds great. I gotta ask though, why is the moon so huge in these shots? Does this take place in the Bruce Almighty universe?

So we have to wait for his unknown son to come of age and redeem him? Damn, I was hoping it would be done sooner than that.

I remember seeing this on Kickstarter and deciding not to back it for several small reasons, but this looks really awesome.

Kotaku will quickly show us a comparison video of the next big multi-platform title though, adding fuel to the fire.

Cyberpunk 2077 has a different dev team, so this delay shouldn't affect them at all. That isn't to say that Cyberpunk won't hit its own delays as well though.

Ahh, I stand corrected. I must have missed that article.

They've never shown any of the work they've done on this yet. Are you maybe thinking of a fanmade HD mod?

I hope that, at least for the continuation of the story from Arkham City, they don't bring back Joker. That wasn't just a story element, it was a symbolic end to Mark Hamill's career as the Joker.

It is actually, since you are clearly inferring that funding for every scientific field in existence is down based on what you have witnessed in your own personal situation. That is after all, the definition of a generalization.
