Those morons fail to recognise how he was grooming her during that entire footage. He pushed her, and then pulled back.. So she was stressed and then he would immediately walk it all back, so she would start to doubt herself. This is how sexual predators operate. The fact he was so confident in himself and his

Considering all four of his victims were found *just this month*, that reads like escalation to me. I'm sure there are more, spaced further back. You generally don't go from murdering nobody to murdering four women in a period of weeks.

If it involved women being killed, then yes.

I’m sure the outrage from the right will be every bit as loud as it was when an undocumented immigrant killed a woman in Iowa a month ago. After all, they wouldn’t want to be seen as a bunch of hypocrites who only get upset over women being murdered when it suits their political agenda.

By that logic, we should not legalize heterosexual marriage. Men are more likely to abuse their female marital partners, so if we legalize it, it will expose more women to intimate partner violence.

The logic behind “keep sex work illegal to make it safer” is shaky at best. Not only are you vastly overestimating the number of people who would choose to do sex work if it were legal but the whole point of legalizing it is to be able to put protections in place against things like this happening. Sex workers are

On the other hand serial killers and other criminals often target sex workers because they know they're not as protected by the law. And legalizing or decriminalizing sex work could involve putting in place requirements to be continuously tested for diseases in order to keep your "license".

Ooooor guys like him wouldn’t target them, because they’d be able to go to the police about it.

“Death toll? It’s made up by the Dems! Now, if you’ll excuse me....

Remember his disastrous interview with the Daily News?

Jian Ghomeshi punched a woman he was on first date with a closed fist in the head, over and over again.

He is not being charged with a crime. The director is being shown to have made a poor choice.  So...

It’s not about HIS rehabilitation. It’s about HER career. Let me give you an example:

He was fully aware of the conviction and the nature of the crime before he chose to cast him.

Am I missing something or is it even now, he can’t seem to directly address Olivia Munn? Cause pain to the people in the cast? Like the only one who spoke out about it? I’m curious if he’s talked to her between his first statement and this. Just kinda feels like trying to save face.

everything in your comment is wrong and awful and as a bonus the guy was cast to play a creep who hits on Munn’s character repeteadly and unwantedly, so it’s not unrelated to his past. also seriously: abusers can go on to do lots of things, but be in a movie their victims might see is not one of the options. also note

Brock Turner served three months for raping an unconscious woman in full view. To say our legal system is busted not just in California, but everywhere, is a massive understatement.

What are the chances this will finally shame her gutless co-stars into saying something of substance? I mean, calling and screaming at their publicists to give them something to say that sounds like substance.

Nah dude. They’re totally not mad about getting cancelled at ESPN. They’re laughing about it. With all of these funny funny jokes. Like, do you even get satire?

It’s just preparing for the midterms.
