Are you serious? If female journalists only went where it's safe(r) for women, there would be exactly 0 female war journalists. Or female diplomats. Or female soldiers, or female doctors working for MSF, or female aid workers... It's not exactly possible for all women to avoid going to all places where "men are pigs".
