Also, the "Netflix exclusive" label in this case just means that Netflix paid to secure the exclusive rights to dostribute KOS in the US/Europe/etc for a certain period of time. In other words, it's not going to be showing up on Crunchyrolll/iTunes/any TV networks until the Netflix rights come out.

Haha, well lots of things that I'm not allowed to talk about yet. As for the ones that I can say... for anime we're doing second season of Knights of Sidonia, and Ronia the Robber's Daughter; for US shows, the upcoming Transformers animated series.

Not really sure. I've only been there about four years but it's been mainly Maya and Nuke based that whole time. Though the studio has been around for about 30 years so who knows what all they started off with.

I'm actually a production coordinator at a CG animation studio in Japan— not sure about other outfits but our studio uses almost exclusively Maya. We've had a few projects using Max but suffered quite a lot with it as we have hardly anyone on staff who knows how to use it proficiently.

Yeah, I think it's more of a formality/covering their asses thing. Cause once you've entered the day, all they have to do is step back and say "Hey, the little person on the other end of the internet told us they were born in 1927, how could we possibly know they were lying?"

Ooh, see eatern NC vinegary is all well and good when you're in a pinch, but it can't ever hold up to a proper Lexington-style BBQ.

My mom makes the. BEST. kahlua brownies and they were basically my favorite thing in the world since I was about four years old.

That's funny cause one of the members of her backing band this time is a friend of mine! He didn't go to Juilliard, but he did go to music school and plays in his own rock band back home.

Yes, that! I watched that sooo many times... ;-p

Oh, that movie WAS my childhood. Never bought it but I might as well have, given the number of times I rented it at the video store.

They definitely seem to follow the same sort of rules internationally, but flying domestically within Japan is an entirely different matter. I've only done it a couple of times, but every time I go up to the counter, give my name, check in, get my ticket/boarding pass, go through security, and board the plane all

It's a webseries, not sure if there are plans for more or not tho.

Ugh, WHY IS THIS MOVIE NOT ON NETFLIX??

[Mad spoilers, obvs]

See, I kind of want to but I'm not sure if I could handle it.
