Remember, we’re in the E3 time of year, and most of the game reveals we are getting right now are using marketing formats designed for a trade show - i.e. show a brief trailer as part of a keynote, then have the actual gameplay stuff on the trade show floor and/or shown to journalists in special sessions. Nah, the Christians just celebrate his birthday on May 4th to mess with the Pagans.

Today is a made-up Star Wars holiday

I always see people criticizing the rich for “not donating enough”, but I’ve yet to see people criticizing the rich for “not donating at all”. Why is that?

There’s an old saying from Voltaire that reads something along the lines of “Don’t let the perfect be the enemy of the good.”

Did you really just make a best Xbox game list and not include Jade Empire?

You forgot Riddick.

Mech assault as an Xbox live launch title was fantastic and utilized Xbox live as much as could be expected at the time. Plus it was just a damn fun game.

Rallisport Challenge 1&2. So fucking good. Custom soundtracks were just icing on the cake.

No Crimson Skies?? I thought it was a pretty iconic game for the Xbox console.

I’m not sure how popular the game was with other people, but I adore Jade Empire and feel like it could be a welcome addition to this list.

This is a pretty good list. I would have taken Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay over Phantom Dust, but it’s a very good list as is.

The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butchers Bay, was great. It came late in the console life and the graphics were top notch and the gameplay was unique and great.
