As one who read it “live” when the comic was coming out, the “Salvation” storyline in particular seemed interminable, especially because of the cliffhanger preceding it.  The first season of the show wrapping that into the “Gone to Texas” storyline was a great decision.

Just remember, by “dirt” you mean “evidence”.

Thanks, Brand New and Totally Legit Person!  Your input is most appreciated.

“Lack of anyone he’d listen to saying “dude, you’re not fooling anyone”= his entire world.” See also “Hair, Trump’s.”

Odd, considering what a complete horse’s ass he is otherwise.

That one seems like more of a possibility to me, yeah.

Yeah, I have no doubt he’d sue the Raiders and the NFL as well on a number of theories.  No idea how they’d play any of that out (I’m in a tort-related field but not actually any tort litigation, so I’ve let this part of my education grow dusty), but absolutely you sue the deep pockets as well.  All of the defendants

I agree with you, but with renewed sadness that this is what it’s taken to get even this most mild and tepid of reaction from a handful of GOP elected people.

Not lower his head in the first place.

This question is discussed in law school (Torts 1 for me, others may vary), and as you’d expect it’s pretty tough to do. Not impossible, but the conduct would have to be WAY beyond anything that could be deemed normal play (for a fictional example, think of the player bringing a gun onto the field in The Last Boy Scout

I love a good rhetorical question.

Yeah, but in this case we’re not counting on the mindfulness to duty of highly-trained Navy personnel, but fucking GOP Congressmen and Senators. After the way they’ve behaved since... well, I guess my entire life, I’m not assuming they’re ever going to do anything of the sort.

A distinction in search of meaning.  It’s entirely clear what he meant.

You can dismiss their comments too!

Your first sentence is far too dumb to warrant a specific response, and your second is nearly as stupid, because regardless of the source of the change (human activity), we can and should still do something about it.
