In the abstract this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but in practice right now with Congressional districts horribly gerrymandered across the country, it’s trading one poison for another. We have no good options right now unless SCOTUS brings the hammer down on gerrymandering, which I don’t think seems terribly likely.

Ah yes, level 11 - the Clinger Wingers. I never played this game after the original NES (I do have it on my emulator but have never had the courage to even try again), and that level was always where my attempts ended. Only even reached it a handful of times, and never once passed it.
