It’s campy. If you like campy stuff, you’ll like it. The 3 witches make the movie, the human characters are really just scenes you have to get through to get to Bette Midler & company.

Oh tons, but the most evidence-filled one is:
I’m sorry, have you not been to Lowell? They pay cash for gold, I hear.
He actually started his run like .10 of a second before the snap, the timing of it is as impressive as the physical leap.
Jennifer Lawrence is pretty clear that one of the reasons she doesn’t think to ask for more is that she has already made an obscene amount of money doing other projects and frankly, doesn’t need it.
When I’m feeling fancy, I open the wine box tap and fill up a juice glass. That’s the same, init?
I was reading through this thread and immediately thought, “Actually, It’s MS. Chanandler Bong.”
Just sharing my opinion, no overarching malice toward nurses. I have several in my family and respect the work that they do. I think the reaction in comparison to what Joy said was a little over the top, that’s all. My point throughout this has been, everyone’s job has their challenges, but it seems as though some…
We can have sympathy. I’m just saying I think nurses get disproportionally more attention in ratio to the severity of their complaints. And for me, the complaining gets annoying to listen to.
I have no argument. You’re right. Damon is 10x the bad boy that Bash is. I’m ashamed I even tried. There’s no rebuttal.
I even went back and re-watched the video for you. That’s research! You’re lucky, I rarely check my facts when I get into debates on the merits of Reign vs. Vampire Diaries.
I said nothing about losing my respect. Just explaining my opinion on the whole thing. Thanks for your time, I LOVE debating people :)
I just re-watched the video on Jezebel (perhaps there was more to it than that). They made fun of her monologue (which probably was a little silly as it’s the Miss America pageant) and offhandedly referred to it as a doctor’s stethoscope. That’s it.
You’re probably right. The martyr thing may have less to do with their profession, and more to do with their personality. I just think, in the broad scheme of things, nurses have it okay. (I went into a monologue up above if you want to check it out) I work 60 hours a week at 2 jobs and still make less than my ER…
haha, how do you know they don’t? Just kidding, I was trying for a joke. I’m very aware that #NotAllNurses are like this and I know that they put up with a lot from both directions.
Disagree that nurses are marginalized. Many (not all) have pretty good hours, regular work, a union to support them, and decent pay. I don’t think anyone looks down on nurses and they are often regarded as one of the “hero” professions. I have 2 close family members who are nurses and I respect the work that they do…
I think actually what happened was the entire world learned that nurses are severely unhinged. Great. Good to know.
Federal jury duty in Mass, hmmmm? We had some seriously interesting cases this summer. The nerd in me wants a good story, BabyJane!
People who live in high population areas tend to get called/called more often. If you’re out in the sticks, there’s less court cases, and less juries to be called for.
