Like a million Now & Later wrappers.

Unshelled shrimps are popular in Brazil. To me, it just feels like chewing plastic over my food.

I cried while reading this list. So on point. But I'm also crying because you forget Set it Off. When Jada sees her little brother on the ground, when she's tearing tup that check after what she went through to get it, when Vivica asks her former boss, "What is the procedure when you have a gun to your head?", when

The same way they treated him being guilty as truth, actually showing him murder them? They took quite a bit of creative license with that, didn't they?

Doesn't matter what you or I think. He was acquitted. So typo show him killing them and making as if he is undeniably guilty is highly irresponsible.

Anyone one else think it was a weird choice to make OJ undeniably guilty? Because then if contextualizes the racial discussion as if it's being exploited to be used by a murderer. Like, Black murderer uses race card to get out of jail free.

Gummy is so fetch.

I do believe Effie would've done the same thing had a Latina woman been casted in that scene as a maid. I think she doesn't tell people who to cast, but she wants to fight against lazy stereotypes that make it in every film. Having a room full of white people is probably not an issue to her. But if you do cast a

Not to mention Ava Duvernay is championing her cause. Effie is going on to big things because she gets results. Forget the pretty bts bull, she produces filmsfilms within budget and on time. You're NOT going to be popular with creatives if you do that effectively. But the studio execs will love you.

Could a movie about rich people not include rich, Black people?

Erased, I thought. Like they had changed their minds about who could say it. lol

I'm still lumbersexual.

And both of them were minorities!! I mean… I can suspend disbelief, but really.

What did she say, exactly?

Why'd they make the little kid a sociopath? Or are we suppose to believe he does that kind of thing all the time? All in a day's work…

lol.

Interesting that they don't have a dedicated female cast member at Dre's workplace. As per the guys at work, there's Charlie, the Douche, the Boss, the New Younger Black Guy, and…a different woman any time a woman's needed for a punchline.

*licks fingers* Too late.

I'm not sure I agree. Dre is characterized as an old fashion parent. Perhaps, Bow, a doctor (and Zoe's BFF), might suggest birth control… but Dre won't hear anything less than abstinence.
