It could have been. I have a friend whose two kids have the same names as the lead couple in a very famous movie+play. When I asked if he was a big fan or something, he said he and his wife didn’t even realize it until after the second kid was already born and named.

There’s nothing wrong with the fine. It doesn’t target the guy on his way to work at the grocery store; it targets people socializing publicly when they shouldn’t be. If you can’t afford a $500 fine, STAY AT HOME.
