I don’t know why Jezebel is so dedicated to propping this woman up when she has huge credibility problems that have nothing to do with her being poor. False sexual assault allegations are rare but bolstering someone that many diehard MeToo feminists have completely written off for completely legitimate reasons doesn't

Torally shocked that a guy named "Shep" is a doucher.

And, it’s evidence that can be used in court against any witness. Prior bad acts that relate to credibility, like trying to hide a vehicle that you know you are not legally in possession of, are usable.  I don't give an eff that she was poor...I give an eff that she lacks credibility.  I have handled sex assault cases

I don’t consider changing the label on what happened to be changing the story. I definitely understand the process of coming to terms with what happened actually being rape.  But in those situations, the description of the underlying actions of the perpetrator tend to be largely the same in those circumstances, unlike

This. I default to believing women and I’ve represented victims. But I will not believe when the story lacks all credibility. It drives me nuts when people question victims because their story “changes,” and it is nitpicks like she said the guy was wearing a purple shirt but it was indigo! However, the constant

God also does not wear a suit or a smartwatch, and yet there he is.

Chris Evans will always be my no. 1 Chris, because he is ridiculously hot (plus 1000 with beard), is a very vocal feminist, and literally dressed his dog up in a sweater that matched his Knives Out sweater. Chris Pine, however, has always been a very close second Chris for me. BTW, Chris Pine was crying at Common and

It does, although I don’t even love Biden. I preferred Warren. But here we are, and we have to choose between the two old white dudes. So I prefer the dude who is not only more electable, but actually has the capability of getting stuff passed into law (even if it is not as liberal as I wanted) over the one who

He’s losing money in the short term, but he and Meghan are going to be making way more bank by monetizing themselves than they could with the Royal Family.  They just have to make a couple of speeches to make up for the money that they will lose from the monarchy.

There are no royal stylists. Her friend Jessica Mulroney styled her for the most part. I think she is now using her pals at Vogue UK or something because she looks much better than when her friend was styling her.

Yeach, unlike the author, I'm not going to complain about the existence of a shirt that celebrates a woman and gives money to a good cause, but I will say that we, and Nancy, deserve a better one.

The purpose of Time's Man/Person of the Year is not to uplift a person or persons as you have stated.  The stated purpose is to identify the person who has most influenced events in the last year, "good or bad."  They didn't name Donald Trump because they thought he was a good guy, but because he wreaked havoc.

I’m not missing the point of this article, because obviously she is horrible, but...damn.  Those eyebrows are bad.

I agree with this, but don’t know how to resolve the situation that makes it fair while also respecting the gender identities of trans individuals.  You can’t just force them to either quit or play as a gender they don’t identify with...but at the same time the biological advantage is unfair.

I’m not voting for Bloomberg but I am literally not mad that he is spending some of his billions reminding voters all the time how terrible Trump is.  Carry on, Mike.

Yeah, to be honest I did not really like any of their clothes, so it was not that shocking to me that they were eliminated on their third time at the bottom. Of course, I also did not love a lot of the clothes of the winning designer, either, so maybe I don’t know what I am talking about.

I liked the movie for itself AND for Chris Evans and his sweaters...

I like her a lot (an unpopular sentiment around here, but as a former prosecutor, I am fairly sympathetic to having to balance what the “client” wants and personal beliefs), and was leaning toward her, but her campaign was not run well and I am not surprised she had to drop out. I still don’t know who I will

It is a gross abuse of power, runs really close to violating employment law depending on what actually happened, and if it were a man, we’d all be yelling for his head, just as has been done here about that trashbag Duncan Hunter and all the myriad other dirty old Republicans that slept with their staffers. No one
