I haven’t been to Disneyland in a few years, but their survey perssonel were in uniform. Usually a white button up, navy pants, and the ubiquitous Disney name tag. Also, they had touch screen devices for their surveys, they did not use clipboards.

I have a zojirushi bread maker (thoughtful wedding present). I don’t use it to bake the bread, but it is a wonder at mixing, kneading, and proofing the dough. I can set it to run at a later time, and the compartment stays warm and humid throughout the kneading/proofing stages.
