I work for a very, very weird part of the government that attracts an incredibly bizarre group of employees. Mostly this leads to hilarity and good friendships, but sometimes it leads to...this person.

I mean, I didn’t eat until 2pm and that’s kind of problematic but I fed myself now so I tried. Really. 

I also am perpetually freezing and constantly have ice cold feet and hands, and my boyfriend is always astonished on the occasion they happen to be warm. And then I hold the alcohol.

I also have a tiny child face, and in order to get them to fit where I could talk, but they stayed on my face, I had to make my own. 

All of the former first ladies were wearing shades of purple-y, matching VP Harris’ lovely coat. 

I actually felt like of like trash after watching them get sworn in and everything go well and they were looking at vases and stuff as gifts.

I might tolerate the concept of pregnancy if the result was a puppy or a kitten. 

The allergies or covid? game is more of my life than it should be. But at least when it’s something that stops when you leave the house it’s pretty clear.

My coworker had it a few months ago and his only symptom was being congested.

College debate teams are frequently populated by people who eventually want to become lawyers. So the ‘arguing for something you may not believe in’ is pretty spot on for their future career choices. 

I lucked out with vision coverage so my exams are only $5, somehow. However, the ‘non insurance’ price for a basic exam I think was $45, so it still wasn’t horrifying horrifying like a non-insurance doctors visit. 

Makes me wonder what other medications or vaccinations they have fucked up. I hope they are looking throughout the person’s records to see if anything else has been undermined.
