Any dog >>> Dodge Journey bumper
Needs more leaves.
I approve this story, especially the part about telling children to run out into a busy street to do the manual labor while adults supervise.
Merkur? I hardly know her!
Hayabusa swap and some sticky tires?
Great summary. It’s also worth noting on the last point that both drag coefficient and frontal area will help out dramatically with the highway efficiency. Sports cars tend to have a much lower roof than passenger cars, which helps keep the frontal area small.
I Niva wudda seen that coming!
Two strangers in Minnesota. #Corrections
Good ear. Youtube says “Near Andover, MN”
Close. Those look like Minnesota plates to me. Youtube description says “Near Andover, MN”.
They already did that with the VW GTE hot hatch in europe. It would be a nice sporty option in the city in the US, too.
So awesome. They missed the opportunity to put some teeth in that split front bumper, though.
She’s top of the line in Utility-Sports,
HATCHBACK, PLEASE.
In all likelihood, the range extender is being designed to generate just enough power for sustained highway cruising, not much extra. Would you want to drive a MX-5 with only 50hp? That’s likely the high-end of what a range-extender would make.
Exactly. Power density is a huge part of the benefit. Plus, they’ve already demonstrated that the rotary engine is capable of being very flexible with fuel usage. Rotaries can run on gasoline, diesel, natural gas, even hydrogen.
I concur. Current 924S owner.
It’s a solid metal roof section that’s removable, not a glass sunroof. As it passes by, you can see the outline of in on the roof. Also, it’s a 924.
