I’m in Colorado, not in the mountains, but I’m a 4 minute drive to the mountains! Do you mind if I ask where in MI you are? My dad grew up in Coldwater (ha!), my Grandma and Aunt are in Battle Creek/Nashville.

I prefer cold over heat too! But my dad is from MI and is permanently scared from how cold it got, so I don't blame you for hating it!
