Cant we just let goodSci-Fi explain this?

Ben Shewry’s story about his dad saving him from drowning hit me right in the feels. “It was my dad....He was my hero”. I love everything about this series.

That blows my mind. OJ’s Bronco is mothballed somewhere just waiting for the right price. How could they not see the same value in this Escalade? And it ended up in Arkansas. How random is that?

The article has an interesting footnote: Some guy in Arkansas owns that Caddy. Thing will probably fetch a pretty penny at a sports memorabilia auction someday.

My apologies! Its been a while since I watched this. point stand though! the damn things kept running after impact. That is insane.

Not sure if you watched the doc, but the engines kept running AFTER impact. The folks involved had to wait for them to run out of gas because they didnt know if it would blow up or not while they got close. The engines just puttered out after a while. thats a tough bird right there.

I remember watching this a few years back. Couple of things stood out to me, also a frequent flyer:

You know The Sanchize was a Braylon Edwards dropped pass away from playing in the Super Bowl, right? It was a bomb. Had at least 5 yards on the DB and it doinked him right in the goddamn facemask. Poor guy catches so much shit for the buttfumble but just imagine what would have happened to the jets had they won that

They basically turn into Benny at the end of Lego movie when he actually gets tasked with building a SPACESHIP!!!

The sad part is, you could apply your comment to the student loan issue and it would be just as accurate. “but i need muh schoolin!” Right. Where else can you get a six figure loan with no assets, business plan, or proven means of paying it back?

Any time Klinsmann makes a tactical decision, a picture of Jurgy Low in an attic gets older.

It’d be like asking Frazier to fight without his left hook. That swing is what made Tiger a house hold name. Cant swing like that if his body cant handle it.

Nicklaus is on record saying he hoped Tiger would break his record but that based on the torque in his swing, his body would break long before that happened. Seems the golden bear was right. Love your analysis on Tyson too. Very spot on.

I read a story Cheney said about 9/11. Day of, he was in the white house working. When the shit started hitting the fans two marines walked in and escorted him to a safe room at the White House. All they said was, “We have to go” and his feet maybe hit the ground twice on the whole trip. All business. Cheney is not a

I believe the other three are: 1) Milton, Chadwick, Waters 2) Webster, Webster, & Cohen, and 3) Bendini, Lambert & Locke

Despite all of that, we are still advancing at World Cups and even giving golden generation teams a run for their money while there (Belgium). We are so far ahead of where we are as a team in 1986 its insane. Add that progress to the ever increasing youth participation and we will only keep trending up.

Who won that EASY group in 2010? England, right? O, wait....Yes, completely agree with you. We have been the better side internationally for the last few cups. The thing most people discount from our team is heart. Most Football writers will agree if you ask, that no other team plays with as much heart and hustle as

The U23 team was a dumpster fire last night. No possession, horrible midfield play, zero creativity in the attacking third. There ain’t too many Mario Goetzes or Thomas Muellers walking through that door right now. And guys like that, plus Low are the only reason we hired Klinsy. The team has talent, we really do,

I think people underestimate just how valuable Joachim Low is to the mystique of Klinsmann. He is the tactician. He is the architect of the German squad that has been terrorizing world football since Klinsy was the head guy. We need someone more like him that is just interested in molding the national team instead of
