Blue Dragon was supposed to Xbox's answer to Dragon Quest, while Lost Odyssey was their answer to Final Fantasy. Mistwalkers last big game was "The Last Story" for the Wii.

Kinda worried how Nintendo will handle storage expansion on the Switch 2. Nintendo probably doesn’t want anyone to open anything to install an Nvme drive and Micro SD cards are too slow for large games. Seeing the prices of the Xbox Expansion Storage compared to NVME drives makes me sick and Nintendo will never put…
It did but newer games use higher quality assets. Like TLOU Part 2 Remastered is 77GB on the PS5 but 84GB on the PS4, even though it’s using assets for 1080p while the PS5 version is using 4k assets.
Somehow the largest game I have installed is MK1 and it's 134GB... For a fighting game. What the hell WB? Still confused why it's so large.
Not really since Nintendo makes money off games, actually all the hardware developers don’t make money on hardware. So the more units in people’s hands, the more games are bought, the more money they make.
Triangles>Curves!!!
If they could than why has Microsoft always done poorly everywhere that isn't an English speaking country. In Europe Microsoft has always been 3rd, which is odd because that is the largest PC gaming market. Latin America, Middle East, etc. Microsoft just does not sell. Only time they outsold Sony was the 360 in North…
That’s a bad stereotype. The iPhone didn’t take long to take off there. Smart phones took a while to gain traction. Japan is where Apple is most dominant with over 70% of marketshare. In the US Apple only has 50% and in Europe even less.
Rebirth opens up the world until the death of Aerith. So a large size increase from just Midgar.
Final Fantasy 16 is way better than Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Rebirth maybe a full game though.
Scarlett is the deep cleavage. I believe it's the Don who says that in the original
Hoping for tokimeki memorial 2 next! Do the Tim Rogers Duology!
All the programmers of the Fox Engine left Konami. Konami didn’t update Fox Engine for PES and moved onto Unreal for eFootball.
Most likely Microsoft buys Sega next. Microsoft now owns the 3d mascot platformers created in the late 90s with Banjo, Crash and Spyro. They didn't have the longevity of the 2d mascots created in the 8 and 16-bit generations.
There seems to be a misconception that Sony owned Crash and Spyro. They never did, they only published. To explain why Sony’s PS1 mascots aren’t owned by Sony: Naughty Dog and Insomniac had developer agreements with Universal Interactive. Sony saw Crash Bandicoot and Spyro and signed an exclusivity deal with…
Yeah, Sony and Nintendo only buy developers, not publishers. Usually IPs are owned by the publishers not developers, which is why Microsoft owns Crash Bandicoot (Naughty Dog) and Spyro (Insomniac) even though Sony owns the developers.
My guess is that he’s leaving to join Shinji Mikami’s (his former boss at Capcom, creator of Resident Evil) new studio. Earlier this year Mikami left Tango Gameworks.
Also forgot to add that Microsoft doesn’t really care about hardware. In Phil’s leak emails he mentions that he wants to get Gamepass on PlayStation and Nintendo. The Xbox is just an avenue for Gamepass. That's the most important thing to him, which is why it's very important for Microsoft to get Activision, more…
The document is dated May 2022. Also Jeff is just a talking head now. Before that he was mostly a reviewer without insider information. He’s just speculating his opinion. The only person he can get insider information is probably Super Giant if he’s still pals with Gavin.
Ugh.. no usually Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo/Valve signs hardware development contracts years in advance. The biggest change they can make is how many cores, speed, cache size and RAM. With speed and RAM the last things they can do before the hardware launches.
