Well, you wont find any chef recommend cooking a steak beyond medium rare. Most will tell you that the ideal doneness from a flavor and tenderness perspective is "medium-rare." In a well done steak all of the fat has been rendered in the steak and cooked out of it. The fat is the vehicle for the flavor of the steak.

I was speaking specifically about aggression towards humans. And the people who say that all pits are highly aggressive towards humans. When in fact that is not the rule of thumb when it comes to pits. And they are in fact no more aggressive towards humans than most other large breeds.

Isnt that what I said? If they are breathing heavy then they are singing live.

I have seen it first hand from the half a dozen people in my group who own them. All but one has no more aggression than my pug.

I have a half a dozen friends who own pits and all but one is as sweet and show as little aggression as my pug.
