There were acts in fact lip syncing 20+ years ago. 20+ years ago if someone was running and jumping around the stage while singing if you didnt hear their voice change from landing jumps or hear them huffing and puffing on stage while basically doing a workout then they werent singing live.

If she is running and jumping around and you cant hear in her voice when she lands or hear her breathing heavy then she isnt singing live.
