The going narrative is that this was a management problem. There was a lot of upheaval at the top in the past few years and a lot of rumors that they mismanaged funds they received from sales.
This is really cool. It’s like those super esoteric AR “reveal” events that were all the rage a few years ago, except they cut the middle-man (forums and conspiracy websites) and put the event directly into the AR game itself.
