And what if I bought the game and the DRM has rendered it inoperable on my system?

If you want to convince me of something, show me the data.

Yup.

You’ve been on this site long enough to know the arguments against DRM Lozzle, only one of which is “I don’t want to pay.”

Pretty much, yes.

Where’s the unpopular opinion?

Context is a wonderful thing. They bring extra meaning to the preceeding and proceeding sentences, and in some cases can completely change the meaning altogether!

Pretending everyone is equal is a poor strategy that only serves to aid the oppressors and further victimize the oppressed.

Doubling down on your racism is not a winning strategy here.

The fact that you are referring to Asian artists as “yellow” tells me everything I need to know about you.

Because historically black artists have been exploited and milled for their art whereas this is not the case for white artists?

In terms of whether or not the project would have ever been delivered there’s no way to know that, but given the multitude of different asset rip-offs I have a hard time believing this was the work of one or two rogue agents employed by the company.
