It likely still makes the same power now as when new, 4014 was frame up restored/rebuilt. It was a huge undertaking. It wasnt just given a “refresh” to simply get it working, UP went all out

Glad to see some 9 series love. They are awesome cars.
Miles don’t mean much to Volvos. Mute point. I’d rather have a wagon that powers the correct set of wheels.
But aren’t cars older than 25 years old exempt from emissions anyway? Least they are in most states. So, you could take and older car, swap it, and drive it on the street if you wanted.
As long as us Millennial’s can still take credit for causing Applebees and Harly-Davidson to go under, I’m OK with this. I don’t want our generations accomplishments to go un-noticed!
Looks like everything else with a different badge, grille and lights.
It actually looks pretty good. Haven’t been able to say that about the outback since like 06-08.
And without the EJ anymore, I may have to put Subaru back on my not-shit list.
While this is another crack pipe price Subaru, at least its not too far off its asking price considering it is actually in nice shape. I see people hawk these for 11k in half as nice of condition
Eh, the old adage applies here: “You can sell something for how ever much, or little you want, what people will actually pay for that something, is another matter entirely”
There. I fixed it.
I always thought these were classically good looking cars. And I’m not even a GM fan at all, but I can recognize when a car is a good one. This is one.
I’m kinda tired of people complaining about this. Least for those who routinely deal with it. I, for example live in northern Minnesota.
A HUGE ASS BLIZZARD OR SEVERAL BIG STORMS ALWAYS HAPPEN IN APRIL!!! EVERY SINGLE YEAR!!
Why people still get worked up over it, idk. Yes, its been relitivly nice the last few weeks,…
I’m normally not a GM guy, but damn this thing is nice....
I always appreciate a nice wagon.
So Crossovers are turning back into wagons basically?
Maybe...
Maybe there is hope!
There are also plenty of cars that exist that prove the point that you can have money, but no class or taste whatsoever.
I’m aware Amtrack is getting new loco’s, because the P42's / P40's have started to break down and cost more to maintain because they’re 20 years old and all have had the wheels run off of them more than once. I realize they will not be much faster per-se because its at the mercy of the host railroad the LD train is…
I find the train more relaxing, enjoy watching the world go by and enjoy the people you meet. Its not quick, but then again the journey is part of the fun.
I think these cars never got the credit they deserve, all because of a bad name. Not sure who in the marketing department thought “probe” was a good name for a car. Cocaine is a hell of a drug apparently...
Lol, who’s the “Snowflake” now?
Triggered much there donnie?
Well, they didn’t say cost was an object? Or was that stated?
Hell, its expensive enough just to keep either of those cars on the road, let alone rent one. But thats not the point, if I was going to pick one single “super-Car” fast estates are the ticket. Because they do everything without sacrificing too much.
