My (totally cynical and probably wrong) take is that they did the work (or at least took the car), he refused to pay, they held the car, he interpreted that as being late.

Ah, F2P. That makes sense. It’s not much of a loss then past what people put into it.
I mean, I totally get that some games need logins, but was there any reason to include that in the beginning? I get that there’s not a lot of motivation in patching a non-money maker, but if they’re going to make games that are so brittle that they constant support, it’s going to kinda change my future buying habits.
Haven’t played it, but is there a reason this can’t still work for single player?
Yeah, I live right down the block from the Brooklyn one, and went to high school close as well. It’s almost entirely gentrified at this point.
That corner (the Central Park one, and to a slightly lesser extent the Prospect one) are both very safe. Super touristy, tons of cops, very well lit (assuming this wasn’t in the actual park).
It’s funny because I was just by the Central Park Grand Army the other day trying to figure out what the little square was called.

Grand Army Plaza is on the corner of Prospect Park, not Central Park. Everyone’s always forgetting Prospect!
I live right down the block from Grand Army - it’s usually pretty safe.
