Huh, interesting. As I said, I don’t know a lot about working at larger companies (mine is only about 30 or so people), good stuff.

This is something I know nothing about, so take it with a grain of salt - I’m about to make some assumptions - but in a larger company (of, say, thousands) getting any significant support numbers without being noticed may not be possible.

Ha, unfortunately named law for the situation. I’m guessing that many people (myself included) just assumed the law was to prevent unfair competition in the games themselves.
