Forge has been shown to invent technology way better then what if often in the future. There was a whole arc way-back-when about all these mutants and people competing to kill Forge because of the technology he was going to invent, and that included characters from the far future whose technology still couldn’t keep

Looks good.

But that is WotC revenue, not D&D revenue, which is probably a much, much, smaller portion of that $418M.

I wonder how Season 2 of Loki will fit in with/tie-in to Ant-Man 3? If the release dates hold, it’ll be out in early July, just a few months after Ant-Man 3 releases (probably will release just after Ant-man 3 hits Disney+). There will/must be some connection between the storylines.

Oh, I agree that they don’t. But it seems all of them have enough fans and vocal online support that if any don’t or are dropped then people will never stop complaining.

I think this highlights a concern about the current Marvel plans. They are introducing so many new characters that I have no idea how they are going to keep all of those individual storylines going, except for in big “Avengers: Endgame” type movies, where most characters get very little individual attention of growth.

I don’t think she is supposed to be. In Ant-man & Wasp she was 10. She didn’t get snapped so in Endgame she was 15-16, this movie will be coming out in 2023 and they seem to be keeping with “real time”, so she should be 19 or 20 in this film. And the Kathryn Newton was only 23 at the time of filming, so pretty close

If I remember correctly in the novels he joined the Secret Service when he was 18 and got accepted because of his language skills and the fact he had grown up traveling the world and was an excellent athlete. He was a volunteer in the Royal Navy Reserves as part of his cover for being a government agent/spy, much like

Of course it’ll be a different multiverse version of Logan/Wolverine. Even if the movie takes place in the “official” MCU timeline/universe, it’ll be a Wolverine from a different one.

When did you get to see it? I haven’t heard of any screenings of it so far. What parts of it didn’t work for you? Was it the script? The acting? The special effects? Tell us more about the screening, don’t worry about spoilers, I’m sure we’d all love to hear about what happened in the film that makes you review it as

Rain Johnson is never going to make those Star Wars films. First that was announced back in 2017 and there has been no movement on them since, second he is busy with his “Knives Out” trilogy until at least the end of 2024 when the 3rd one is scheduled to release, and that is only if there are no delays. No way they

They might not be saying what the plot is, but it is obviously...

“Ninja’s have kidnapped the President of the USA while he was visiting LA and it is up to Daniel, Jonny and the kids from Miyagi Do/Eagle Fang to fight the ninjas and save the president.”

Exactly. But that is their plan. Some of the clips show the creators saying this will be “the last edition” of D&D and that it will be the “only” D&D going forward. Well the only way for that to happen is if they keep changing and adapting the rules and content as needed. They can’t do that by keeping printing new

My hope (/dream, and yes I know it is a foolish dream) is that WotC doesn’t make these types of changes and it does drive people away from playing D&D and into the arms of another gaming system.

This will be lost in the “grey” (how do I get out of the grey anyway? I’ve been posting here for years).

That could be the case. I wasn’t sure what year the project took place in, just that it was in the future from when the show actually aired. But if it did start in 1999, and time did pass for Al and the others in the future, then by the time the series ended it would have been in the early 2000's.

Yeah, although they could leave or escape. It did happen once or twice before in the original series. In one episode the person escaped and Al had to track them down. And sometimes Al mentioned that they were talking to the person Sam leapt into to get more information (and I believe when they went back they also had

Things probably didn’t go well for Sam. From what the trailer for this series shows, it seems the original QL project was shut down and they are now restarting it. But if the original QL project was shut down, then that means Sam hasn’t had a holographic assistant since the shut down (whether it was Al, or someone

From what the trailer shows it seems that the original Quantum Leap project was shut down and this new group is restarting it.

I don’t know. I could see them stopping the series for awhile, but then coming back in 15 years and doing another one with the same characters. Like in “IT”. part of the story when they are kids, then the final part when they are adults.
