So when one of Subnautica’s devs said some right-wing shit on his personal twitter and was fired you all erupted in applause because hey, racism, but when a woman with a mindblowingly high superiority complex say just as toxic shit you’re all like ‘oh no, impossible precedent’? Cool double standards you got there.

The original comment is just one of many reasons people started this. It’s really unfortunate that the author doesn’t mention any of these and seems a little biased in my opinion.

hi.

They set the standard of firing people who randomly insult their fans.

1). Pro athletes are some of most talented people on the planet doing activities that are both physically and mentally challenging. Video game playing is at most about being coordinated and having quick reflexes.

I like watching the Super Best Friends Friday Night Fisticuffs videos where they just sit down and play fighting games with each other precisely because I hardly ever get to do that with my friends anymore.

If you were looking for a bunch of trans women with no comic timing inanely commenting on video games you missed Kotaku by like two exits.

It’s the massive dividing line between me and the youths. I’m still way into dumb blockbusters, way into new music, new TV shows, I gobble all that shit up. But the concept of watching someone else play video games, and saying really dumb forced shit, for multiple videos and hours of runtime, is jaw-droppingly

For the life of me I can’t understand the appeal of the Game Grumps / the other endless legion of nerdy white guys with no comic timing commenting inanely on video games.

Yes. Attack me on the hyperbole. Feed your anger!

Why would it? Her last good game was AC 2, and I’d hardly call her an integral part of that. AC 2 was in 2009, so 8 years since she brought something to the table I was interested in playing. Besides AC all I really know her from is Mike Fahey writing this incredibly creepy article about how she smelled. Damn that was

Sadly, no. They are now unlocked by killstreaks, giving you the ability to change into a hero or a vehicle.

Polish doesn’t get my dollars. Gameplay does. It can be super shiny and I still wouldn’t give a fuck. Considering how BF 1 was received, I’d say I’m in the majority. Maybe instead of putting all that money into Yoda’s moustache, they should have been putting it into making the game good.

Seriously? You’re asking me to... check my entitlement? I can’t criticize because in spite of having hundreds of people working on it, and the budget most likely dwarfing that of BF2 they can’t even match it? Do you work for EA or something? Are you butthurt you and and your games suck and someone is calling you out

And as with nearly every contract, there are probably a number of early termination clauses where Disney can pull back after paying a fee or if EA can’t deliver agreed upon sales or titles.

Three times as much is still only about half of what the original Battlefront 2 had. As long as the vehicles are still power-ups instead of actually there on the battlefield, I think I’ll pass.

They LITERALLY just added all the things the original BF II already did and cockily call it innovation.

We will see what happens. EA is great at talking a good game and then delivering ‘meh’. It’s not as if Disney is going to let them keep the right to do Star Wars games if they are just going to keep delivering ‘meh’ titles, because the IP is too important for what they have planned for it.

Yeah, what? Spoon-fed means something different now?

I find it hard to believe you can say it "improves" the classic game then complain about how the combat needs a simulate button. Considering how important soldiers are, simulating the mission is asking to lose all your good players and then you're ignoring the sense of attachment you said is a good thing. I have
