They made the Western conference finals. Don’t think you can simple watch vines of the guy and make a sound judgment. This year, though, it does seem like he came in out of shape and over confident. Year’s past, he has been pretty great. Also, on OKC (with Westbrook and KD on his ass) he actually played D.

It’s kind of crazy that no one has brought back the hook shot, not like it used to be. Is it just that inefficient?

Well it was probably his decision to focus heavy on youtube. Also, at this point, it seems like it’s not really worth having the Grantland “brand”. They can simply roll the writers/ podcasts they want to keep into their larger ESPN stable. Just seems like the hits keep on coming.

How much longer can Grantland last? Probably gets through NFL/ NBA season, but summer it’s done I think.

The most annoying thing about this is that he’s calling himself a “professor”.
