This happens with small minded people all the time. They’ve greatly inflated their self importance despite having a totally arbitrary and mostly useless job function.

I used to work with guns as my job, and powder residue washes right off. Maybe if you came straight from an extended range session and didn’t wash or change you might pop positive. But since you’re usually handling lead,most folks just wear gloves like anyone else handling toxic substances.
