This is true...I deal with dealerships from all kinds of brands across the country and Kia dealers are usually the worst. I have dealt with some good ones, but those are the exception not the rule. Hyundai has done a better job of boosting their dealer experience.

What makes sense is Ford trying to get in on the profit margins of additional wheels and tires that people buy aftermarket. That seems like an outrageous price for an 18" winter set up.
