I’m not sure how that excuses the analysis. Either they normalize the results to get an accurate gender breakdown while correcting for their sample makeup, or that percentage tells you nothing of value.

I haven’t yet seen anyone complain about these comics exploring the backstory or personal lives of the other characters.
