Whew, that is a blast from the past. These days, Star Wars fans seem to have a stranglehold on these sorts of histrionic, self righteous rage posts. Seeing Trekkies posting them again takes me straight back to the BBS days of my youth, far more than seeing the TNG crew back in uniform. 

Here’s hoping this turns out to have been the secret final project that Gilbert Gottfried worked on before he died last year.

I will never understand why fanboys hate Karen Page as much as they do. Deborah Ann Woll did a fantastic job, IMHO.

Star Frontier is a game set in space, that involves aliens (bugs, blobs, all the standard stuff). Trying to work in stereotypes about humans just seems like doing trying to do extra credit work for your bigotry.

Jeebus. I have fond memories of Star Frontiers back in the day, and what the leaked version describes is like a Nazi parody of what I remember. Truly appalling.

Wow, a rare miss for AG

Yes. I’m finding Ms. Marvel to be the show I’m looking forward to each week. Moon Knight surprised me by being great, and Ms. Marvel joins it and Loki as my top three D+ shows. This pacing doesn’t feel like overkill. The big gaps at the D+ launch felt too sparse. This is just about right.

And on a semi-related note, after the way Wanda was handled in that film, I’m finding the MCU to be less and less appealing.

As Starship Troopers proved, no matter how obvious and clear a Satire is there will always be people who take it at face value.

Tevinter is absolutely an easier place to set an author-driven narrative in (like a book or a show) than it is to set a video game in. It’s supposed to be large, vertically and horizontally sprawling, dense and dynamic, and generally all those sorts of things that video games are bad at which is why so many of them…

Okay, this is why they revealed the title of DA4: Because they found out that the show was going to be announced, and wanted to reassure everyone that, yes, the game is in fact still being worked on...
