For the record, an acutal Cossie, in similar condition is $45K in the UK. And the steering wheel is on the wrong side. And it still costs $3K+ to get it here. Sure, it’s “Real” and it has 4wd, but is it $33K better than this thing? I’m not sure. This Fauxworth is good enough to be a fun and different car. The seller

Tick all the boxes and you will cross the $42,000 mark. That is a lot of cash for a Focus hatch, but it seems RS pricing is in line with the Subaru WRX STI, Mini Cooper JCW, and Golf R.

On the bright side, unless you drive it into a wall, or drive it 30k miles a year, you’ll likely be able to sell an S2000 for at least what you paid for it.

That’s pretty specific, happen to you a lot?

Now playing

It’s not a good neon burnout unless the clutch tries to escape through the hood..

Would you rather him have a manual and destroy that poor clutch and the gears? Fuck no lol. Moron wastes his own money, doesn’t kill anyone in the process then tries to post it online to brag and gets torn apart. There is no part of this I am not OK with.

No way dudes...the GTI is the best car ever!

Play the FUCKING MIDDLE JIMMY!

So true.

The FULL story there is that Matt ran up to me at the Christmas party and was just a bit too excited to sing karaoke and asked me to sing with him. He chose the song. I just happen to know all the words.

I prefer this sound that he makes better.

Some day you will find me

This means that I leave you in the insanely capable hands of Patrick George...

They would sell a ton of these i think. I know so many people who currently drive 4dr GTIs that wish the GTI came in a wagon. I would be one of those wagon drivers if they existed. Or a WRX wagon driver if the ever sold us the LeVorg. Sadly we will likely only get the GolfR which while great will be insanely

I share your wagon pain and have also had to settle for a hatch. All I want is a sportwagen GTI.

Between the guys here at the shop, we have MK1, MK2, MK3, MK4, MK5, MK6, and MK7 gti’s. You made the right choice with the MK7. It’s a quantum leap.

I have both a MK 7 Golf R and a MK7 GTI. The golf R is obviously nicer, inside and out. It’s definitely faster. Is it “more fun” on my 3 mile city commute? Not really. To an extent, the AWD, and the complete lack of any torque steer or wheel spin, sorta makes accelerating just a thing you do. The chipped regular GTI

YOLO
