I adored this version too. I always thought the scene where Lizzie is walking around looking at the statues was so beautifully shot, and I loved the music in it as well.
This is one of my ride-or-die movies. I watch this movie for the same reasons other people meditate or return to their hometowns. That gazebo scene, tho.

I’m going to be generous and say that sometimes you raise your kids to the best of your ability and they still end up assholes.
As a Muslim woman I can say that this is very individualistic - some, like myself, have no problem shaking hands whereas others are very strict about it.
